Recommandations en Europe et en France, des propositions

Abstract

Psychologists were often positive about teleconsultation in theory, but hesitant in practice, mainly because of limited training and experience. The public was also not very familiar with online mental health tools. COVID-19 changed this by making online care suddenly necessary and more widely used. This created new technical, clinical, and ethical questions. The chapter therefore discusses two responses: EFPA’s recommendations for technology use in psychotherapy, and French national guidance developed during the pandemic.
