Effectiveness of a six-session stress reduction programme for groups

Brief group-based stress management programmes are widely offered but their effectiveness is not always rigorously evaluated. This paper reports on a six-session group programme and examines its outcomes, providing evidence relevant for practitioners and organisations running psychoeducational stress interventions in community or occupational settings.
